Update: CECs
To 1/31/13 Cert renewals
There are no Continuing Education Credits (CECs) required for the Jan 31, 2013 certificate renewal.
The regulations governing CECs have not been adopted at this date.
When in effect sixteen (16) CECs will be required for renewal. Certificate holders with renewal dates of Jan 31, 2014 and Jan. 31, 2015 may submit CECs dating from July 15, 2010, the effective date of the amended statute. Subsequent renewals will allow a three year look back period for CECs.
New Jersey Statute (C.45:5AA-01 to 11)
Requires that after December 31, 1996, all irrigation contractors must be tested and certified by the Department of Environmental Protection.
